Tasting FAQ

Does submitting the form reserve my tasting?

No. We review availability and send your invoice. Your appointment or box is confirmed only after payment is received.

How many guests are included?

Two guests are included with in-person tastings. Additional guests require advance approval and an additional fee.

Can I customize the monthly flavors?

Monthly boxes and monthly tastings use the featured combinations without substitutions. Choose a custom box or custom tasting to make selections.

Can taster boxes be shipped?

Yes. Shipping is available for eligible boxes. Shelf-stable fillings may replace perishable fillings to keep your samples safe.

How do vouchers work?

Eligible vouchers must be used within 30 calendar days to reserve a qualifying order with the required deposit.

Can tasting discounts be combined?

No. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be combined with another promotion or applied to existing orders.

Simple tasting policies

We prepare samples and reserve our suite specifically for your tasting. These terms help us protect ingredients, labor and appointment availability.

  • Payment is required before an appointment or taster box is confirmed.
  • Tasting fees become non-refundable once samples are prepared or the appointment falls within 14 days.
  • One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
  • Two guests are included for in-person tastings. Extra guests require advance approval and payment.
  • Vouchers must be redeemed within 30 calendar days by reserving a qualifying order with the required deposit.
  • Vouchers are nontransferable, have no cash value and exclude delivery, taxes, gratuity, rush fees, rentals and outside-vendor items.
